If you believe a creator or piece of content on Pitchfork uses your intellectual property or likeness without authorization, and you are not already a party to a deal involving it, use this form to submit a claim.

Before you submit

If this is a dispute between you and a brand or creator you already have a deal with on Pitchfork, this isn't the right form — use Deal Desk and Attorney Review instead. This form is only for claims from third parties who are not already part of a deal involving the content in question.

What to include

  • Your identity and how we can reach you.
  • Your relationship to the intellectual property or likeness in question (rights holder or authorized agent).
  • The creator's profile or the specific listing/content URL, if you know it.
  • A description of the content and how it uses your IP or likeness without authorization.
  • A link to the original/authentic material, if you have one, to help us compare.

What happens after you submit

We acknowledge every report we receive and review the claim. We may reach out to you or the creator for more information. If warranted, we may temporarily restrict the content or account in question while we investigate.

We aim to acknowledge your report within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 5 business days.
